Agency Profile Established in 1954 by Albert Jenkins as the Jenkins Insurance Agency, our company has grown to a full service agency with the personal touch.Tim Jenkins joined his father in 1974 and the agency moved out of the family home to The Jefferson Building on 44th Street in Lorain and became Jenkins and Associates. In 1988 Bruce Bevan joined the agency and another name change took place, we became Jenkins & Bevan Insurance Agency Inc. Shortly after the name change, Jenkins & Bevan moved into the newly renovated "old brick telephone building" located conveniently just North of Rt 2 at the Oak Point Road exit on the border of Lorain and Amherst. Currently Jenkins & Bevan serves the insurance needs of individuals, families, and small businesses in Lorain County. Our office includes state of the art computer systems specializing in instant quotes with some of the best companies in the insurance industry.
